Love brings people together. It makes people feel connected. and, people are people, they need to feel loved. I need to feel loved. it gives you that sense of belonging, it just feels you with love. So, now that love is important, is sex important in a relationship? when two people first meet, they feel connected, that is love. however, when two people decide to get into a relationship, then the sex they have just made them feel even more connected. in other words, sex makes people fall in love more. so, in relation to that, I think it is fair to say that a marriage can exist without sex. But, sex makes a marriage last longer.
